Travel outside Melbourne metro for on-site days is quoted separately. Remote work across Australia is included in the project fees above unless otherwise noted.
What moves the quote
- Number of distinct release trains and repositories in scope
- Whether read-only access is available in week one
- Compliance questionnaires and security reviews required before kickoff
- Desire for on-site facilitation versus fully remote
- Follow-on build weeks attached to an advisory
Deposits and invoicing
Fixed-fee advisories and audits typically invoice 40% to schedule kickoff and the balance at readout. Build weeks invoice weekly in arrears. See the Refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
What we do not sell here
Monthly “platform subscriptions,” seat licenses, or automated checkout. If you need a managed service or hosting, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than stretch a consulting engagement into something it is not.
