Provider and delivery
Sessions are led by a PineBase advisory engineer with paired access to your pipeline tooling under a short-lived account or screen-share protocol you control. Work is delivered remotely across Australia; Melbourne teams may book on-site days at Office 10, 72 Demo Street, Melbourne VIC 0000 when that helps.
Process and timeline
- Kickoff (day 1) — Align on systems in scope, access, and success criteria.
- Discovery week — Pipeline walkthroughs, interviews with release owners, artifact review.
- Synthesis — Draft findings; clarify open questions with your lead.
- Readout — Present the plan; agree owners and the first implementation slice.
Typical calendar span is two to three weeks, depending on how many environments and services sit on the release train.
Preparation
Share a recent release timeline, pipeline configuration (or read-only access), and a short list of known pain points. Nominate one internal owner who can answer environment questions within a business day.
Constraints
We work within your change windows and do not push production changes without your approval. If your compliance team requires vendor questionnaires, allow time before kickoff.
Pricing basis
Fixed project fee from AUD 8,400 for a single primary pipeline family (for example one monorepo or one service group). Broader estates are quoted after the discovery call. See Rates for related day rates and build-week options.
