Teams that finished a PineBase advisory (or an equivalent internal plan) and want help executing the first remediation wave without hiring a contractor who disappears after the merge.
Working model
Your engineers keep ownership of repositories and production access. We pair on pull requests, review gate logic, and leave runbooks for the changes we introduce. We do not hold long-lived admin credentials.
Boundaries
Build weeks are scoped to items agreed in the remediation plan. New greenfield platforms or multi-month migrations are quoted separately after discovery.
