These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://workspace-pinebase.click (the “Site”) operated by PineBase Engineering Advisory (“PineBase,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance

Using the Site, submitting an enquiry form, or requesting a discovery call constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie notices.

2. Services described on the Site

The Site describes professional consulting services related to DevOps automation and deployment pipeline consulting. Descriptions, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written statement of work or proposal. Nothing on the Site creates an employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.

3. No professional guarantee of outcomes

Consulting advice depends on information you provide and constraints in your environment. We do not warrant that following recommendations will achieve a particular uptime, audit result, or commercial outcome.

4. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, layout, graphics, and logos — is owned by PineBase or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site materials for commercial use without written permission. Engagement deliverables are licensed as stated in the applicable statement of work.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use the Site to send spam. We may suspend access that interferes with Site operation.

6. Enquiries and forms

Form submissions are handled as described on the Contact page. A submission is a request for contact, not a booking confirmation, until we reply and both parties agree scope.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, PineBase excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from Site use. For consumer clients, nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our aggregate liability related to Site use is limited to AUD 100 or the amount you paid us for Site-related services in the prior three months, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited.

8. Third-party links and images

The Site may link to third-party sites or load images from third-party hosts. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
